Meet Austin RisingAustin Rising hails from both Dallas, Texas and Albuquerque, New Mexico where two professional athletic paths (soccer and golf) warred for his attention. Austin received offers to play collegiate golf as a high-level amateur, but instead made the plunge into professional acting at 18. Austin is a classically trained stage actor; having studied at South Coast Repertory Theatre, The University of Denver, and The American Academy of Dramatic Arts. Narration began in August of 2015 after a successful stint in animation and professional voice matching for major motion pictures and television shows. Being a lifelong gifted mimic and impressionist, has made Austin's characterizations both dynamic and pliable. You'll never find a "whiter" guy dancing salsa than Austin; he's an avid dancer and consistently trains in the discipline. A lifelong Eagle Scout, Austin still craves skiing in snowy mountains and ever-planning backpacking treks through sections of the PCT, CDT, and Appalachian Trail. Some of his favorite genres to narrate are Fantasy, Science Fiction, and LitRPG because they collectively scratch his gaming itch. During DND campaigns, Austin always plays as a War Cleric.
